How Can severe Tenderness In The Nipples Be Treated?

I ve noticed in the last few days that both of my nipples are extremely sensitive. They never have been before. They are also tender to the touch. Both breasts are also more tender yet not nearly as sensitive as my nipples. I went through menopause last summer, yet had a period a few weeks ago.

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Post menopausal bleeding is not normal. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. Also do a ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness. If it is more than 4 mm, you may need endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial carcinoma. Also do a mammography of breasts to find out the cause of tender breasts.
